๐Ÿ““ How a typical journaling session might evolve ๐ŸŒธ

I woke up feeling off. Not exactly sadโ€ฆ just overwhelmed.

Like something heavy was sitting on my chest, but I couldnโ€™t name it.

A familiar pit in my stomach. A swirl in my mind.

Instead of bottling it up again, I reached for my journal.


No filters. No fancy prompts. Just pure emotional dumping.

โ€œI feel stuck. Like Iโ€™m repeating the same relationship patterns. Iโ€™m exhausted by it all.โ€


โ€œWhy do I always shrink myself? Why do I explode over things that shouldn't matter this much?โ€
โ€œI want out of this loop.โ€

As I wrote, the words poured out faster. Tears followed. Thenโ€ฆ space.


I paused and let myself breathe. Really breathe.

And thatโ€™s when it surfaced:

โ€œIโ€™m scared of being abandoned.โ€
โ€œI learned to silence myself to stay safe.โ€
โ€œMy body still braces, even when thereโ€™s no danger.โ€

It hit deep. But it was honest. I let it land.

I turned the page. This was the moment for release. For regulation. For reset.

I visualised soft light wrapping around my chestโ€”where the ache sat.
I imagined roots growing from my feet, grounding me. My breath slowed. I felt myself return.

I whispered to myself:

โ€œI am safe now.โ€
โ€œIโ€™m allowed to feel this.โ€
โ€œIโ€™m not brokenโ€”just healing.โ€

And then I wrote:

โ€œWhat can I give myself today?โ€
โ€œCompassion. Quiet. A warm mug. A walk with no agenda.โ€
