☀ My Journey

My path began in nursing, where I witnessed how deeply emotional pain shapes our bodies, choices, and lives. That curiosity led me into art therapy and trauma‑informed creative work—spaces where I discovered how powerful it is to express what words alone can’t hold.

Living with and healing from cPTSD taught me how to navigate the messy, nonlinear terrain of inner work. Journaling, therapy, creativity, and a whole lot of self‑compassion helped me rebuild my sense of self from the inside out. Now, I share what I’ve learned so others don’t have to walk their healing alone.

I’m also an author and creator, weaving lived experience, insight, and gentle guidance into books and tools that support emotional growth. Creativity is my sanctuary—paint, words, colour, texture—and it’s the lens through which I help others reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
