☀️ My Journey I’ve always been curious about the inner workings of the mind and spirit. Working as a nurse, I saw firsthand how mental health struggles ripple through lives. That lit a fire in me—and led me to study art therapy, where I discovered the healing power of creativity.
✨ Lived Experience
I’m no stranger to trauma. My own experience with cPTSD taught me what it means to dig deep, unravel the layers, and find strength in the mess. Therapy, journaling, and a whole lot of inner work helped me reclaim my resilience—and now I help others do the same.

Writing became my way to share the journey. I’ve self-published books full of insight, heart, and lived experience—tools for healing, growth, and making sense of it all. I believe stories hold magic: they connect, empower, and remind us we’re never alone.
