My path began in nursing, where I witnessed how deeply emotional pain shapes our bodies, choices, and lives. That curiosity led me into art therapy and traumaâinformed creative workâspaces where I discovered how powerful it is to express what words alone canât hold.
Living with and healing from cPTSD taught me how to navigate the messy, nonlinear terrain of inner work. Journaling, therapy, creativity, and a whole lot of selfâcompassion helped me rebuild my sense of self from the inside out. Now, I share what Iâve learned so others donât have to walk their healing alone.
Iâm also an author and creator, weaving lived experience, insight, and gentle guidance into books and tools that support emotional growth. Creativity is my sanctuaryâpaint, words, colour, textureâand itâs the lens through which I help others reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
